Permalution is seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Digital Marketing and Content Strategy Specialist to drive our digital presence, content initiatives, and brand identity. In this role, you'll develop impactful digital campaigns, craft compelling LinkedIn articles, and strengthen our market positioning through engaging content strategies. Your Mission
As our Digital Marketing and Content Strategy Specialist and Assistant Manager to the CEO, you'll wear two strategic hats: driving Permalution's digital transformation and supporting executive decision-making. You'll craft compelling narratives that showcase our breakthrough technology while gaining invaluable exposure to high-level business strategy, positioning yourself for rapid career advancement in the cleantech sector.
What You'll Do
🚀 Digital Marketing Campaigns
Design, execute, and manage targeted marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
📋 Content Strategy
Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and create value for diverse audiences.
✍️ LinkedIn Article Writing
Craft articles that position Permalution as an industry thought leader and actively engage our professional community.
🎨 Branding Management
Maintain and enhance Permalution's brand identity, voice, and consistency across all digital communications.
📱 Digital Content Management
Coordinate the creation, distribution, and regular updating of visual and written content across our digital platforms.
📊 Performance Analysis
Regularly analyze campaign performance, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Hootsuite, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
👤 Executive Support
Assist the CEO with strategic initiatives, meeting coordination, and business development activities as Assistant Manager.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- Must be under 30 years old (requirement tied to employment program eligibility).
- 1-2 years minimum experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or branding.
- Fluent in English and French spoken and written; strong communication skills required.
- Good proficiency in Spanish (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Experience with analytics and content management tools (Google Analytics, CRM, Hootsuite).
- Creative thinker capable of designing innovative campaigns that captivate audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively and work autonomously.
- Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Knowledge of SEO techniques and strategies for boosting organic visibility.
- Proactive learner, adaptable to new digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Writing & Copywriting: Persuasive, clear, and engaging content creation for blogs, social media, newsletters, and more.
- Data Analysis: Interpreting digital metrics and KPIs to make informed campaign adjustments.
- SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and similar platforms.
- Effective Communication: Clear verbal and written communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Creativity & Innovation: Developing fresh ideas that differentiate Permalution.
- Interpersonal & Teamwork: Collaborative skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Adaptability: Quickly embracing new trends, tools, and market dynamics.
