Your Mission
As Sales Development Lead, you'll architect our sales strategy across Latin America, MENA, and North America, working directly with the CEO to scale Permalution's proven technology. You'll be instrumental in bringing our award-winning atmospheric water harvesting solutions to industries and communities facing critical water challenges, positioning Permalution as the leader in energy-free water generation.
What You'll Do
📈 Drive Growth
Build and manage a robust pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing high-value contracts.
Execute business acquisition strategies in mining, food & beverage, and cement sectors.
🎯 Shape Strategy
Design go-to-market playbooks and refine pilot-to-contract pathways.
Position Permalution competitively across Chile, Peru, Mexico, Canada, and the UAE.
💎 Deliver Value
Translate complex cleantech solutions into compelling ROI cases.
Manage CRM systems and apply data-driven insights to optimize performance.
What You'll Bring
- 2–5 years of B2B solution sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record in pipeline building and closing contracts ($50K+).
- Sector knowledge in mining, food & beverage, or cement industries.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with enterprise-level decision makers.
- Fluency in English and French (Spanish is a strong plus) and cultural agility across LATAM/MENA.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset with genuine passion for climate innovation.
- Cleantech or sustainability sector experience preferred but not required.
